Flashpost is an AI-native content workspace built for marketing teams that ship daily. We turned a rough Figma sketch into a production-ready SaaS in 6 weeks.
Background
Flashpost approached us with an early prototype that worked, but couldn't scale beyond a handful of users. We worked alongside their founders to redesign the editor, rebuild the backend on a modern stack, and ship an AI-assisted writing layer powered by GPT.
Challenges
The original product was a hacked-together MVP with brittle infrastructure and unpredictable AI calls. The team needed multi-tenant auth, a faster editor, and a usage-aware billing layer — all without losing their existing user base during the migration.
Outcome
Time-to-publish dropped by ~60% for power users. The new platform onboarded its first 500 paying customers within 8 weeks of launch, and the team now ships features weekly without engineering bottlenecks.
